Thinking of selling your Andover home?
This fall is a lucrative time to get your Andover home sold and I can guide you safely through the process of selling your home during the pandemic.
Andover Summer 2020 Market Recap
136 Andover homes sold in June through August 2020. That is down 20 percent, from 162 in Summer 2019. Yet, the Average Sold Price of $804,745 was up from 2019’s $744,768. And Average Days on Market shrunk – from 50 days in 2019 to 37 days in 2020.

Higher Prices, Faster Sales Will Continue in Fall 2020
Pent-up buyer demand, record-low interest rates, and fewer Andover homes for sale will continue to drive up Andover home prices this fall and create faster sales.
Today, September 22, 2020, the number of Andover homes for sale is down a whopping 48 percent from a year ago. That’s right — 33 Andover homes are for sale today, while 81 Andover homes were for sale on September 22, 2019. Yet the pool of qualified buyers for Andover homes today shows no signs of shrinking. Buyers are eager to purchase now while interest rates are low.
